COMING SOON: A Reimagined NorthRiver Country Club & Luxurious Hillhouse Condos
Now for the exciting news! Tuscaloosa’s NorthRiver Yacht Club is undergoing a transformative $54 million redevelopment of the area, including many enhancements to the club and an expansion that will feature a vista community of approximately 30 luxurious condominiums with lake views.
Renovations are planned to begin in Fall 2023, with the goal of opening a new restaurant area in Spring 2023. The first phase will involve various improvements to the Captain’s Cabin area, including landscaping and general repairs.
The project includes the development and renovation of many NorthRiver areas, including the following:
Improvements to the Captain’s Cabin area
Renovation and expansion of the lower cabin area to become more of a full-service restaurant
Renovations to the Marina, with approximately 70 new slips once completed
Approximately 30 luxury lakefront one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums known as the Hillhouse Condos
